project.  Developed rules of credit system for tracking lump sum project in E/C phase of project. Assisted in

computing risk models on P6 schedules using Pertmaster or related risk software and what if scenarios. Assisted cost engineers setting up payment milestone schedules and quantity tracking systems.  Split time in home office / fabrication yard, contractor office, and job site during the life of the project to get full involvement on all aspects of the project and keep close relationship with all of the owners and contractor team members.

                  reports, manpower histograms, progress and productivity curves to upper management and client.  Developed detailed

                 EP schedule for detailed engineering and procurement phase of project. Supervised 4 junior schedulers in schedule the

                     projects simultaneously.  Primavera P7 administrator and super user for entire project. Also developed and
